We regret to inform you that Thursday’s Mass for the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, scheduled for 7:30 in the evening, has been CANCELLED. Although requested and approved, a misunderstanding led to Saint Lawrence’s community scheduling their own Mass at the same time; this has never happened in twenty years, and Fathers Bradford and Gaspar are investigating the matter to ensure it does not happen again. We regret the inevitable inconvenience, particularly as the discovery was made so close to the occasion.

The Assumption is a Holy Day of Obligation. Father Ojo of Saint Mary of the Assumption will be offering Mass in the Ordinary Form at Saint Lawrence church at 7:30 in the evening on August 15th.

Father Bradford will be saying a Vigil Mass in the Ordinary Form at Saint Theresa’s church, 2078 Centre Street, West Roxbury 02132 on August 14th at 4:30 in the afternoon.
